Prachi R.Garodia M.D

A Board certified M.D. in Internal Medicine, she is the Director of Integrative health and research center, Houston . She has been practicing Integrative medicine internationally for the last four years.  She has trained in Ayurveda from ARSHA (AVP) in India , Learning Ayurveda and Yoga in the traditional Gurukulam way. She has also trained in Basic, Advanced and Cosmetic Acupuncture. She has traveled extensively in India meeting various adepts, saints and masters and taking further training in Yoga, Kriyas, Pranayama, Meditation and other natural healing therapies.  

She is involved in educating the local and medical communities and gives lectures and workshops on Ayurveda and Yoga to spread awareness regarding these ancient sciences. She has been invited for series of lectures on Ayurveda and Yoga in Rice University , for the past two years. She has special interest in combining the ancient knowledge and modern researches and has been collaborating with M.D.Anderson Cancer Institute on few research projects. She is adjunct faculty for the Ayurvedic teaching programme at the Hindu University of America. She is currently working on an Ayurvedic book. Dr. Garodia is involved in many charitable and social causes locally and internationally.
